           We found out that in Alabama, our border state, breast pumps are not supplied by the insurance. This situation really affects the moms who need pumps because they are going back to work and lack funds to purchase them. In TN breast pumps are supplied by the insurance so there are a ton of them floating around here. 

     After doing a little research, we found Alabama Cohosh was in dire need of pumps. So, we got to work. We asked our local moms to look in their closets and find their pumps and new breastmilk bags. Then, we packed them into 6 very large boxes and mailed them off.

        We collected and mailed 50 used pumps to Alabama Cohosh who will give them moms in need. Thank you for all the breast pump donations! You have helped make another mom and baby happy!

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
